Refund policy
We accept change of mind returns for a store credit within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn & unused
- In original condition
- With tags attached
- In original packaging
- Shipping costs are non refundable
Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
To start a return, ensure your items meet the above criteria & then contact us at hello@rascalclub.com.au with your order number & the item(s) you are wishing to return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
We inspect all items before they are sent out but if you believe the item you have received is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
Please ensure to include-
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear images of the issue
Once inspected, we will cover a replacement or refund of the Item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift Cards
- Worn or washed Items
- Seconds/Sample sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Store credit will be issued within 5-10 business days
-Original Shipping costs are non-refundable
PRE-ORDERS
Pre Orders are subject to delayed timelines
- Orders containing pre order Items will be shipped together once item is ready.
- Customers will be advised if pre order item has further delays then what is originally advertised
